PROJECT ADRIATIC

The Founder Partners together with Future Design and Build Services Limited have been appraising and reviewing potential projects that could be suitable for the Partnership's trade. Future has invested capital to scope, review and undertake due diligence on certain projects. As a result the Founder Partners are now able to recommend the suitable project, namely the Adriatic Fair Hotel and Exhibition Centre construction project in Budva, Montenegro ("the Adriatic Project"). The Partnership will co-venture with Foundation Global Partners as the primary contractor for the provision of design and construction services to the Adriatic Project which will involve the design and construction of a luxury branded Hotel, Residential Apartments and Convention Centre. read more
